The meat shawarmas were phenomenal, easily the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, it’s located in a really nice area, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. “First time at Avalon Pockets today and it was A M A Z I N G!! This is now our go to spot. We ordered the Lemon Chicken Rice Soup, Loaded Bowl w/gyro and chicken and a Mixed Gryo. The Lemon Chicken Rice soup is not your standard Greek Lemon Rice soup, this was seasoned to perfection and the prettiest brown color. I would go back just for this. The Bowl and Mixed Gyro was absolute perfection. Huge portions and a bite of meat in every bite. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We opted to dine outside and it was great for people watching and letting the kids run around. We will be back!! ♥️”
